The Vintage Market at the Park is a curated event. Your product should be vintage, handmade, or upcycled.
We do not accept direct sales vendors (Avon, Scentsy, Paparazzi, etc.) or mass marketed merchandise.
Timing This year's market will be a two-day event starting on the evening of Friday, April 19th at 5pm. This will be an exclusive, sneak peek event featuring hors d'oeuvres and beer/wine. The regular market will be held on Saturday, April 20th at 10am until 4pm. For the first time ever, we will hold an "Early Bird" power hour from 9am to 10am.
Vendors set-up will begin at 1pm on Friday. From 4pm to 5pm, complimentary beverages will be served and vendors will be able to browse each other's spaces. The park will open to vendors at 7am on Saturday for last minute arranging and set-up.
Investment Spaces are available at a very reasonable cost. $150 - 10 x 10 space $250 - 10 x 20 space $50 - Food Court space Application We will begin accepting applications on February 1, 2019. Applications are due by March 1, 2019. Accepted vendors will be notified and invoiced for fees on March 5, 2019. All fees are due by March 15, 2019. Any spaces left unpaid for will be forfeited.
